About NumberGroup

Our mission at NumberGroup is simple: Provide the best quality service at the lowest cost possible.

We do this by operating efficiently and by using the very latest Next Generation Networking technologies to connect to the UK and International telecommunications providers at the lowest level possible. As we are not a reseller we can pass the best savings on to you, the customer.

We don’t charge a set-up fee or line rental for any of our services, but if you divert certain NumberGroup numbers to some types of destinations, we may have to charge you for the calls you receive. If you make calls through our network then we will charge you for the termination of the call at the very lowest rate we can.

NumberGroup is a privately owned limited company that operates under a Public Electronic Communications Network licence issued in 2004 by OFCOM. This certifies that we manage our own telecommunications network that interconnects directly with the national core operator BT. All our telecom traffic is carried over this 21CN, fully redundant and far reaching global network, ensuring high quality business clarity supporting G.721 voice and video codecs.

Ofcom has issued allocation certificates to NumberGroup for more than 1 million telephone numbers, this provides our customers with guaranteed legal ownership and rights over any number we supply. We currently stock 354 different geographic area codes and provide the full range of 08 NTS business numbers at various retail price points. Telephone numbers can be issued instantly using our sign up page online, or for existing customers using Selfcare or by API for channel partners.
