For inbound telephone numbering services such as 0800 freephone we have offered free numbers and the lowest call rates for over 4 years, a 0800 number diverted to a landline costs 1.5p/minute.

For outbound telephone calls using our free sip trunking we charge 0.75p/minute for a UK landline, 8p/minute for any UK mobile with international rates such as 1.62p Australia, 0.67 USA and 2.385p India. To view our full international rates

Smart IVR Solutions

What do you need ? We have a proven track record of delivering solutions for projects for big and small alike. We supplied almost 4000 x 0800 freephone numbers for the customer comment lines for TESCOs, all mapped to individual DDIs within a couple of days. Each number allocated and advertised in a particular store, allowing easy feedback from customers from ever store in the UK.

The metro cab finder project used 2000 x 03 UK wide mobile friendly numbers to operate their IPhone APP, putting users in contact with the closest authorised and registered taxi service.

We also build IVR solutions to help smaller businesses such as driving schools and electricians manage their inbound calls better. By using services such as multiple routing and voicemail to email, helping to reduce the chances of missing business whilst on another job.
