Each calling feature is demonstrated using our SelfCare portal environment giving you an insight of how to setup, activate and customise your own ivr services.

Currently Available IVR Services

Fax to email Forwards all faxes sent to your number to your email as an viewable pdf attachment.

Voicemail to email Voicemail takes your calls if your line is busy or if you are unable to answer your calls. It asks the caller to leave a message and then it forwards this message to your email address as an MP3 attachment. It also shows the called 08xxx number, time and date and the callers actual phone number.

Call Recording Records every or a percentage of your inbound calls and forwards this recording by email as an MP3 attachment.

Call Statistics You can have daily, weekly or just monthly call summary sent to you by email.

Multiple divert Divert up to 6 destinations at the same time.

Number display See your 0800 telephone number as calling you, rather than the callers cli.

Caller display Always get the callers full telephone number, even if the caller withholds (141) their telephone number. (requires additional data protection agreement)

Call Whisper Plays you the message “business” before your calls are connected. This means you can answer your landline or mobile phone in the right way. Ideal for differentiating between business & personal calls or if you have multiple companies on the same site.

Customised Voice Prompts Full customised voice prompts for your business. For example ” Hello and welcome to my new company, please hold while your call is connected” and “Sorry the my new company team are busy at the moment, please leave a message or visit our website www.mynewcompany.com for information”

Missed Call Alerts If you ever miss a call or if the caller hangs up without leaving a voicemail message. The system sends you an email containing the callers phone number so that you can call them back within seconds.

Call Barring The ability to bar certain telephone numbers from calling you.

Divert on Busy/No answer Diverts calls to either another destination or another service if you are unable to answer the call.
