Call Recording


Call Recording is a remote network based service meaning that no hardware or software is required by the end user. No installation is required at all and the service can be switch on or off within just a few seconds.

It’s a fully scalable solution for any size of organisation and can record multiple sites, offices and even home workers, which is ideal for dispute resolution, staff training and quality control.

Call recordings are delivered by email following the end of each telephone call or can be stored securely within our Selfcare management portal. Calls can be played back through a standard web browser or program such as Windows Media Player or itunes, where they can be stored indefinitely were required.
