Call Whisper

Many customers either share a single line for multiple businesses or forward business calls to a personal mobile phone. Without expensive PBX hardware it is impossible to field the various types of call coming into your business.

Our Call Whisper function allows us to verbally identify the type of call you are receiving before connecting the caller, during this all the caller hears are a few additional seconds of ringing. This can either be a generic “Business call” prompt or any customised prompt you wish to hear before your callers are connected. Call Whisper allows you to identify the type of call, compose yourself and prepare your greeting before the caller is connected.
