Hunt Groups
A Hunt Group will route incoming calls to a predetermined list of destination numbers in sequence, calls will roll over to the next number if the line is busy or where the call goes unanswered for a specific period of time until the call is answered or routed to voicemail. This is a phone system like feature which is network based covering multiple sites and locations.
Forwarding destinations can be added or removed in real time and call list can be re ordered using a simple drag and drop feature on the number manager web portal. Its a very efficient service which is quick and easy to set up with little or no user training required.
