How To Setup a SIP TRUNK

To setup a NumberGroup SIP Trunk using our management portal SelfCare is very simple.  Here’s a short video demo walking you through this process:

General Information You Will Require

Your PBX or SIP device/phone will require some basic details in order to connect to our network via the SIP Trunk. As there are literary millions of configuration settings please refer to your manufactures website or contact your hardware supplier for detailed instructions on SIP Trunk configuration.

Basic Details Required

Authorisation/Username: Authorisation ID

Password: Password (click the “show” button to reveal your password)

Domain/Registrar: sip.numbergroup-services.com
