We are aware of an issue where 1 leg of audio in call recordings appears to be recorded at half speed, while the other leg is fine.
This has been isolated to cases where a trunk is used in conjunction with an external telephone number translation, and the external telephone number answers the inbound call.
As far as we are aware, Outbound call recordings are unaffected.
As a temporary fix, if you remove the trunk from your translation list, so the call only goes to your external telephone number, the recordings will be fine.
We are working on a fix now.
