We have experienced a brief outage, which affected all systems. This was caused by an issue with one of our datacentre peers. We have shut down peering links to the affected Host, as the connection is flapping. Services are currently restored and any further updates will be posted when they become available.

We have resolved the issue with the call recordings now. The issue was introduced by new code brought in to facilitate support for Reverse DTMF across the network. We have reverted the code back to its previous version, and things are working normally again. We apologise for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

Some of our customers would have noticed issues with audio quality and connectivity to our network. This was caused by a network host who we utilise, suffering a major DDoS attack. We have routed our traffic via different peers now, to circumvent the issue, so things should be back to normal.
